OBJECTIVE: Project for the creation of green jobs through the training of unemployed people to assume a new role in organizations: that of Circular Economy Manager (CEM) to help the company in the transition to this new model. CETENMA, the Energy and Environment Technological Center offers a complete and free training program for 291 unemployed people.

DESCRIPTION: The project offers specialized training in Circular Economy. of 232 hours, 134 classroom hours and 100 distance learning hours, combining blended learning with a dynamic “Green Breakfast and Coaching” session that will provide attendees with a realistic view of the challenges and opportunities offered by the main productive sectors, complementing the session with tools to improve employability. All sessions will be taught and facilitated by specialized mentors.
Characteristics of the training
Places of execution: Murcia and Andalusia.
Hours of training: 232 hours (132 h classroom / 100 h distance learning)
MIXED TRAINING: 124 hours on-site /80 hours distance learning
Target group: 73 unemployed persons from each Community
Including visits to Circular Economy success stories.
GREEN BREAKFAST AND COACHING: 8 hours on-site/ 20 hours distance learning
Target group: 97 unemployed persons from each Community
A. Green breakfasts (2 h on-site)
Working groups led by experts to identify the challenges and opportunities offered by the productive sectors (metal, agri-food, plastics, chemicals and shipbuilding, among others).
B. Green Coaching (6 hours face-to-face + 20 hours distance)
Promoting personalized employability with a focus on the Circular Economy.
B1. Presencial-grupal
-Employability techniques: talent development, quality mapping, attitude, networking, personal skills, communication strategies and digital marketing for impact, effective presentation.
-New technologies as an employability factor in CE: Big data, Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain.
B2. Open Innovation
A real challenge will be proposed about the CE of a company with remote tutored work.
The solutions provided will be evaluated and presented to the companies by the recipients, increasing the likelihood of contracting.
The project collaborates with the GENERAL DIRECTION OF ENVIRONMENT OF THE REGION OF MURCIA and is aligned with the Regional Strategy of Circular Economy of the Region of Murcia.
