Institutional information

Ciudades verdes, ciudades vivas

Guardians of Biodiversity

Guardianes de la Biodiversidad

Guardians of Biodiversity presents, through the eyes of an 11-year-old boy and his family and friends, some of the most important environmental challenges facing his generation: the fight against marine litter, deforestation, climate change, recycling or the loss of biodiversity, among others.
Jorge decides to take action, involving those around him, through the creation of the first Club of Guardians of Biodiversity. Little by little his idea is growing, becoming an example for millions of people around the world who, like him, decide to get down to work and get involved in the protection of natural heritage and biodiversity on our planet.
Do you want to create your own Guardian Club? We invite you to learn about Jorge’s story and get going. Take action! Tell us your story in the guardianes@fundacion-biodiversidad.es email or share it on our social media using the hashtag #GuardianesDeLaBiodiversidad.

The themes of the videos are related to biodiversity, zoonoses, care for our environment, promotion of responsible consumption habits, promotion of sustainable mobility, recycling and the importance of communicating and raising awareness about sustainability.
