OBJECTIVES: To improve the employability of workers by strengthening their skills in energy saving and efficiency. Mentor them to obtain specific qualifications in business and social energy efficiency, boosting their career progression.

THEME: The environmental theme addressed by the project is energy saving and efficiency.

DESCRIPTION: The 4ES-Excellence in Business and Social Energy Efficiency project was born from SGS’s commitment to society and the environment. Ninety professionals will be trained in energy saving and efficiency, and will be encouraged to take part in the 4ES Social Innovation initiative, where professionals will have the opportunity to consolidate the knowledge acquired by conducting several energy audits in different NGOs, identifying where they consume energy and preparing an improvement proposal for energy saving and efficiency together with an economic and environmental study that will help NGOs to be more sustainable in their management and projects.
