BiodivNBS Call of the European Biodiversity Partnership (Biodiversa +): “Nature-based solutions for biodiversity, human well-being and transformative change”.
This call is intended to support 3-year projects dedicated to transnational, interdisciplinary, transdisciplinary and intersectoral research on nature-based solutions from all parts of the world focusing on the following themes:
– Synergies and trade-offs of nature-based solutions in the context of human well-being.
– Nature-based solutions that mitigate anthropogenic drivers of biodiversity loss.
– The contribution of nature-based solutions for just transformative change.
Key dates:
- Launch of the call: Monday, September 11, 2023
- Deadline to submit pre-proposals (mandatory): until Friday 10 November 2023, 15:00h CET on this platform.
- Step 1 evaluation results: mid-February 2024
- Deadline to submit full-proposals: Tuesday, April 9, 2024, 15:00h CEST
- Funding recommendation: end of September 2024
- Project start-up: between December 1, 2024 and April 1, 2025
