OBJECTIVE: The objective of the project is job creation: to improve the employability and qualification of workers who develop their activity around organic viticulture or not, and auxiliary activities directly related to agriculture in protected areas.

THEME: The project addresses management, environmental improvement and eco-innovation in the industry or company.

DESCRIPTION: The Forma y Emplea RURAL project consists of a total of 9 Mixed Training Courses in Asturias, Zamora and León (also with recipients from Valladolid and Palencia), all of them with professional qualification.

The aim is to take advantage of the potential for employment in protected areas protected by the Habitats Directive and by UNESCO (Biosphere Reserves) to train and create jobs in the use of endogenous resources: viticulture, beekeeping, organic farming, training and employment that make the compatibility of the Natura Network and areas of high ecological value with quality employment that enhances the value of local products such as vineyards cultivated since time immemorial.
