OBJECTIVE: The Professional Association of Graduates and Graduates in Environmental Sciences of Andalusia (COAMBA) as beneficiary entity, gave start on November 1, 2018 to the project “Expert in sustainability in the company”, aimed at promoting green employment in Andalusia and Extremadura, contemplating the development of free actions co-financed by the European Social Fund through the Empleaverde Program of the Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry for Ecological Transition.
THEME: The Expert Project on Sustainability in the company, is part of the thematic block “Green Economy”, whose purpose is to create new models of sustainable production and consumption, which in turn generate social and environmental benefits in the territory and thus favor the creation of new jobs.
DESCRIPTION: This project comprises three classroom training actions and three blended training actions in the autonomous communities of Extremadura and Andalusia, specifically in the cities of Badajoz, Seville and Granada. The classroom training will last 100 hours, while the blended training, which will consist of a “job triathlon”, will last 20 hours.
The project is aimed at unemployed people, with the general objective of the project being to train graduates from the environmental sector in tools applied to the design and improvement of sustainable processes in the company, which will help them to obtain quality employment.
It should be noted that at all times this is an action co-financed by the ESF, aimed at achieving training and quality employment, and therefore free of charge for the recipients.
