OBJECTIVE: AUTÖCTONO seeks to bring about a change in the paradigm of food distribution, marketing, production and consumption, through the training of unemployed people who want to dedicate their working future to the production and sale of agricultural, livestock and beekeeping food, positively influencing the impact that food has on the conservation of biodiversity and on rural and local development. The aim is to promote social economy initiatives that respect the environment and people, thanks to the training and education of future professionals in the food sector, in order to promote the production and sale of healthy, sustainable and solidarity food.
