OBJECTIVE: The project aims to train unemployed people to acquire the necessary knowledge to design, construct, rehabilitate, justify and maintain nearly zero consumption buildings according to the new regulatory requirements, new existing technologies and using the most innovative tools in 2020.
THEME: The theme of the project is Rehabilitation and sustainable building.
DESCRIPTION: Due to technological advances in materials, installations, sensors and software, construction professionals in general often find it difficult to keep up to date and be competitive in the construction industry. This problem, together with the ensuing economic crisis, has meant that in recent years professionals of all kinds have been returning to the construction sector: technicians, builders and managers.
The construction market has become more demanding and diverse:
– New regulations and work methodologies (BIM, CTE, Installations and tools).
– More rehabilitation and renovation and less new construction.
– Less labor and more qualification.
– Increased technical work on site: tests, measurements, digitalized site monitoring, “as-built” model.
Therefore, the training project aims to train 3 different types of professional profiles of UNEMPLOYED people involved in the design, construction and maintenance of buildings in Spain. The objective of this training is to provide them with the necessary knowledge to design, construct and maintain nearly zero consumption buildings in Spain in accordance with current regulations and technologies. The 3 professional profiles detected are: Technicians, builders/installers and maintainers/managers.
The proposed training programs are 3, according to the construction agents that are trained in them:
– SUSTAINABILITY AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY TRAINING IN BIM FOR CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIANS.
– TRAINING IN SUSTAINABLE CONSTRUCTION, TESTING AND ENERGY REHABILITATION FOR BUILDERS AND RENEWABLE ENERGY INSTALLERS.
– TRAINING IN MAINTENANCE, MANAGEMENT AND OPTIMIZATION OF BUILDINGS FOR MANAGERS AND MAINTAINERS OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE FACILITIES.
The 3 training programs share common classes and subjects and specific training depending on the target group of construction agents.
The percentage of participation of women in the project will be 60%, while the percentage of participation of other priority groups (sum of the rest of the groups except women) will be 40%.
At least 75% of the beneficiaries will obtain employment.
