The project aims to provide educational and training tools for environmental educators and informants on solutions and strategies for positive action to address the environmental problems associated with ENVIRONMENTALLY RELEVANT INTER-UTONOMIC corridors.
The project ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION IN ENVIRONMENTALLY RELEVANT INTER-AUTONOMOUS CORRIDORS between Castilla La Mancha and the Community of Madrid is a project aimed at increasing the employability of unemployed people in the environmental education and information sector based on specialised training in the application of the instruments of Environmental Education in the resolution of their associated problems. Of particular importance are the following corridors, organized by CC. AA:
Environmentally relevant inter-autonomous corridors between Guadalajara-Madrid. The environmental contents associated with its problems are characterized by the prominence of the Henares Corridor Environmentally relevant inter-autonomous corridors between Toledo and Madrid. In this case there is no dominant environmental role, but it is strongly influenced by the presence of the Tagus River. On the other hand, in a north-south direction, there is the green corridor associated with the Guadarrama river and in an east-west direction the areas associated with the Tiétar and Alberche mountain ranges and basins (Central System: first foothills of the Gredos). The aim is to establish a joint centripetal and centrifugal vision of Madrid and its corridors with Castilla La Mancha.
The percentage of participation of women in the project will be 50%, while the percentage of participation of other priority groups (sum of the rest of the groups except women) will be 50%.
At least 10% of the beneficiaries will obtain employment.
The project will have an impact on the Natura 2000 Network.
