Empleaverde program

The project aims to create and enhance employment opportunities for people in situation/at risk of exclusion, mainly with disabilities, around the breeding, reproduction and commercialization of insects for different uses as well as the exploration of sustainable and ecological uses.

The theme of the project is sustainable agriculture and livestock.

The project seeks to minimize the ecological wear that intensive livestock farming entails in the generation of food for humans and animals, and its negative impact on the environment (gas emissions, soil, subsoil and water pollution, visual impact, waste) through the introduction of species in human and animal food chains based on insects: crickets, cockroaches, earthworms, among others. Promoting a transition to a cleaner economy.
