  • Lead the implementation of applications, managing internal and external resources, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Propose improvements in applications that support the objectives and goals of the organization.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of application development and support projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Prepare and manage the budget for application implementation projects, ensuring the correct allocation of resources and cost control.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the coordination on the performance and progress of application development projects.
  • Monitor and manage application performance, availability, and security, identifying and resolving issues early.
  • Manage all the documentation generated in the projects, including user guides, application architecture, operation manuals, etc.
  • Manage training and support for users to ensure the correct use of applications and data quality.
  • Qualification: Computer or Telecommunications Engineering (or equivalent).
  • People with other higher university degrees other than the above but who have accredited experience of at least 10 years, as head or manager of application implementation projects, may also be selected.
  • Work experience of at least four years in the performance of tasks similar to those described above.
  • Experience in the management and implementation of applications (ERP, CRM, custom applications…) throughout their entire life cycle
  • Experience in managing teams involved in a project (architects, analysts, programmers, systems technicians, communications, etc.)
  • Specific training or experience in implementing SaaS solutions
  • Experience and expertise in C#, Java and SQL languages
  • Project Management Certification
  • Specific training or experience in generative AI solutions.
  • Temporary fixed-term contract for the execution of projects financed with European Union Funds. (Fifth additional provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with the professional category of JEFE/A.
  • Gross Annual Salary: €41,467.82
  • Location of the position: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
  • Maximum expected duration: December 31, 2029
