Collaborate in the management and administration of the Biodiversity Foundation team, within the framework of the European structural funds of the 2021-2027 operational programmes: European Social Fund (ESF+), European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), and European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (EMFAF) as well as funds from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (RTRP), Next Generation EU.

  • Payroll and social security management.
  • Management of social action benefits.
  • Management of the processes of incorporation, suspension or termination of the employment relationship of permanent and temporary staff and scholarships: reception of new hires, review of employment contracts, settlements and settlements, communications with the TGSS, among others.
  • Management of vacancies: preparation of profiles, review of the curricular screening, support in carrying out written tests and preparation of the corresponding minutes and reports.
  • Team management: work queries, processing of leaves of absence/leave, temporary service agreements and commissions, management of human resources email.
  • Preparation of monthly reports on the allocation of personnel expenses to all the corresponding projects.
  • Management of minor contracts and tenders.
  • Support in the management with the External Prevention Service to implement the preventive measures and monitoring of the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan.
  • Management of the coordination of business activities with the external prevention service: registration of companies and monitoring of documentation.
  • Management, monitoring and evaluation of the training activities carried out included in the Training Plan, active search for training resources to respond to the needs contemplated in the Training Plan, training bonuses.
  • Drafting of reports, minutes and reports required for audits, board of trustees and committees.
  • Collaborate in the editing and creation of manuals and procedural guides.
  • Preparation of reports in the area for the correction of contracts and resolution of incidents arising in this regard.
  • Support in responding to requests for documentation and information from audits and audits: IGAE, Court of Auditors and other private audits.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Coordination, the Deputy Directorate and the Directorate
  • University Degree (also former Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree).
  • Experience of at least 2 years in the functions described above.
  • Postgraduate training in Human Resources.
  • Training in occupational risk prevention.
  • Training in wage and social security management.
  • Experience of at least four years in third sector entities or in the public sector.
  • Experience in procurement under the public procurement procedure
  • Temporary fixed-term contract for the execution of projects financed with European Union Funds. (Fifth additional provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with the professional category of FIRST TECHNICIAN.
  • Gross Annual Salary: 31.764,95 €.
  • Location of the position: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
  • Maximum expected duration: December 31, 2029
