It will carry out the organisational and management tasks of the legal support team for the projects
of the National Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and funds of
the Next Generation EU Recovery Plan and other European funds, especially ERDF

  • Planning, monitoring and control of contracting processes, whatever their format.
  • Inclusion in working groups.
  • Audit preparation.
  • Application of the procedures, controls and regulations of the PRTR and other European funds to BF contracting.
  • Management and control of COFFEE and MINERVA applications.
  • Legal support on issues subject to consultation, carrying out studies and legal opinions on any matter that may be requested.
  • Legal advice on land acquisitions.
  • Control, organization and review of works, studies or reports commissioned by the FB of a legal nature.
  • Preparation of reports, databases or any information requested in the management of contracts.
  • Drafting of contracting files, specifications, minutes, reports, contracts, agreements, collaboration agreements or other legal documents, as well as organization, review and improvement of those of the team.
  • Drafting of guides, manuals, protocols or rules of a legal nature.
  • Management of information reports to the Court of Auditors, IGAE, Ministry of Finance, Transparency Portal and any other requested information on assigned projects. Information and control of new developments in this regard.
  • Extraction from the integrated management computer system of data related to the contracting of assigned projects. Preparation of statistics, reports, information databases, practical extracts, etc.
  • Control of modifications related to contracts, whether legal, budgetary or financial.
  • Adaptation of new procedures to FB.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Coordination, Sub-direction and/or Direction.
  • University Degree (also formerly Bachelor’s Degree) in Law.
  • Experience of at least 2 years in team management
  • 3 years of experience in legal management of any kind, whether in an institutional public sector entity, public administration, private company or professional office.
  • Experience of at least 2 years in administrative law, contracting according to the public procurement procedure and experience collaborating in the reports and defense of public audit processes of any type or prior intervention.
  • Postgraduate training in matters related to the management of public funds either through contracts or public calls for proposals.
  • Specific training in team management and leadership.
  • Immediate availability.
  • Temporary fixed-term contract (Additional Provision Five of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with the professional category of MANAGER.
  • Gross Annual Salary: 40.654,72 €.
  • Job location: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
  • Expected duration: until the end of 2029.
