The Biodiversity Foundation has been present at the 29th edition of BioCultura Madrid 2013, the fair of organic products and responsible consumption, organized by the Healthy Life Association, which has been held between November 14 and 17 at IFEMA-Feria de Madrid.
The Biodiversity Foundation has been present at the 29th edition of BioCultura Madrid 2013, the fair of organic products and responsible consumption, organized by the Healthy Life Association, which has been held between November 14 and 17 at IFEMA-Feria de Madrid.
The director of the Biodiversity Foundation, Sonia Castañeda, participated in the Ecological Festival of Children, MamaTerra. He also attended the face-to-face training given by the Healthy Life Association within the Red Ecostética project, co-financed by the European Social Fund through the Empleaverde Program of the Biodiversity Foundation. Red Ecoestética was created with the aim of structuring the sector and creating a meeting space for experiences that facilitates interaction between all the agents in the sector. In this way, a directory has been created that allows professionals to locate the products, suppliers, sales establishments and centers where these products are worked.
With more than 700 exhibitors and more than 18,000 references of organic food products, BioCultura Madrid 2013 has featured, among others, cosmetic products with certified ingredients, organic textiles, eco-materials, furniture and decoration for the home, renewable energies, complementary therapies and medicines, saving and recycling, ecology, environment, rural tourism and nursing homes, toys, crafts, music, books and magazines.
