The director of the Biodiversity Foundation, Sonia Castañeda, participates in the inauguration of the Information Days on the occasion of the XX Anniversary of the Natura 2000 Network, held today in Cáceres.

The opening ceremony is held at the San Francisco Cultural Complex, where the LIFE+ Infonatur project, launched by the Government of Extremadura and the EFE Agency, is also presented. The objective of the initiative “Infonatur. Several conferences are also planned during the information days: “Natura 2000 Network in the European context and in Spain2”, “Natura 2000 Network in Portugal”, “Natura 2000 Network in Extremadura” and “Natura 2000 Network Communication Projects”. The programme is completed with a round table on the “20 years of the Natura 2000 Network. Commitment to the present and future”.
