1st (temporary) administrative officer in the Quality and Studies Area

Collaborate and support the work and activities of the Area to facilitate and speed up the fulfilment of the objectives and functions of the position, within the framework of the European structural funds of the 2021-2027 operational programmes: European Social Fund (ESF+), European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), and European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (EMFAF).

  • Execute the administrative tasks of the calls, tenders and projects, as well as the general tasks of the Area.
  • Monitoring of the Area’s contracts and resolving any incidents arising in this regard in the ERP.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Review and manage the Area’s documentation and invoices.
  • Support and monitor the budget of the projects of the Area.
  • Management of the Area’s archives and documentation.
  • Manage the Area’s shipping and courier services, calls and general emails.
  • Manage the Area’s databases.
  • Support the Area’s contracting, budget requests, contracting procedures and/or preparation of reports within its scope of action.
  • Manage travel related to the Area’s activities. Prepare associated expense sheets.
  • Prepare documentation required by the Area Coordination, Heads and Technicians.
  • Collaborate in the organization of events and support in their development. Reserve rooms and prepare them for meetings.
  • Elaborate proposals for improvement and contribution to the better performance of the Area’s administration tasks.
  • Participate in the process of design, coordination, transmission of knowledge, development and implementation of the Area’s computer tools.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Coordination, the Deputy Director and the Directorate.
  • University Degree (also former Diplomas and Bachelor’s Degrees). People with qualifications from Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training cycles in the area of Administration may also be selected.
  • Experience of at least three years in the functions described above.
  • Experience of at least three years in European Funds.
  • Experience of at least five years in the public sector.
  • Additional training in administrative management or similar.
  • Experience in database management.
  • Temporary fixed-term contract for the execution of projects financed with European Union Funds. (Fifth additional provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with the professional category of FIRST OFFICER.
  • Gross Annual Salary: 23,668.55
  • Job location: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
  • Maximum expected duration: until 31/12/2029
