The 27th edition of BioCultura was inaugurated today in Madrid. Isabel Bombal, Director General of Industry and Food Markets of the Ministry of the Environment, Rural and Marine Affairs (MARM), was in charge of opening the fair in this new stage at Ifema, accompanied by Ángeles Parra, Director of BioCulture, and Ana Leiva, Director of the Biodiversity Foundation.

The fair of ecological products and responsible consumption promotes the social recognition of biodiversity as a source of ecological resources and services essential for the health and well-being of citizens. After being held for several editions at the Casa de Campo, BioCultura Madrid is moving to Ifema, where it will close its doors on Sunday, November 6.

Next weekend the little ones will have the opportunity to enjoy a wide variety of recreational and educational activities, during the 5th edition of the Mamaterra children’s ecological festival, which the Healthy Life Association organizes every year, in collaboration with the Biodiversity Foundation.
