The book “The Forest and I” will be presented on Monday at the Biodiversity Foundation

The editor of Casiopea Ediciones, Pilar Tejera, together with the director of the Biodiversity Foundation, Ana Leiva, will present next Monday, at 12:30, the book “The forest and me”. They will be accompanied by Álvaro Rodríguez, from The Climate Project Spain, and Maribel Gutiérrez, from the Global Nature Foundation.

This publication brings together the testimony of 40 relevant women from around the world related to the preservation of the environment, adventure, literature, etc., who contribute their particular vision of the world of forests.

Among the women who have participated with their stories in this book are the activist and primatologist Jane Goodall; the director of the Biodiversity Foundation, Ana Leiva; the director of Intermón Oxfam, Ariane Arpa; the director of the Global Nature Foundation, Amanda del Río; the director of the Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente Foundation, Odile Rodríguez de la Fuente; the coordinator of Forest Restoration of WWF Spain, Lourdes Hernández, as well as leading experts from the FAO or the pilot Mecè Martí.
