On Friday, April 23, the report “Green Employment in a Sustainable Economy” was presented, a joint initiative of the Biodiversity Foundation and the Observatory of Sustainability in Spain, at the Ministry of Rural and Marine Environment, at the headquarters of San Juan de la Cruz.
The aim of the publication is to analyse the evolution of environmental initiatives that have traditionally generated employment in Spain, as well as the possibilities presented by the current socio-economic context, with a view to a greater development of these occupations and other emerging ones that emerge from the new models of sustainable production and consumption.
The pages of this book provide data that speak of a promising scenario towards this desirable change of model.
