King Juan Carlos I, accompanied by the Minister of the Environment, Cristina Narbona, will inaugurate this afternoon the exhibition “Félix, 25 years of ecological awareness”, organized by the BBVA and Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente foundations. The president of the Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente Foundation, Marcelle Parmentier, and the president of the BBVA Foundation, Francisco González, will also participate in the presentation.

The exhibition reflects the importance of Rodríguez de la Fuente as a pioneer in the dissemination of environmental issues and in the protection of nature, and offers a current vision of the situation of protected natural areas and the state of the forests, rivers and soils of our country. The contents of this exhibition are expanded in a catalogue published for the occasion.

The exhibition will remain open at the BBVA Foundation’s headquarters in Madrid until March 14 and will then move to Bilbao and other Spanish cities.
