The Director General of ACUAMED, Adrián Baltanás, has announced the organization of the first Seminar on technological innovation and sustainable water management, which will take place in Valencia on May 30 and 31 and June 1 and which is promoted by this company dependent on the Ministry of the Environment.
Water management has evolved in recent years towards a comprehensive conception, in which social, economic and ecological interests converge to which the new water policies are sensitive. These play an essential role in aspects such as improving efficiency, optimising management and supply networks, saving practices and the possibility of incorporating new resources, such as seawater and treated water for highly variable irrigation or industrial uses.
The seminar organized by ACUAMED is therefore aimed at addressing these issues, so that they can be analyzed and valued by scientists, technicians, public officials and businessmen.
