The VI National Congress of Environmental Journalism will close with the presentation of the Via Apia and Via Crucis Awards. The winners in this edition were:

– VIA APIA AWARD: awarded to the scientific community, and personalized in the figure of Miguel Delibes de Castro, for understanding the role of journalists specialized in environmental information and providing the scientific aspect of environmental news, one of the key elements of this type of information.

– STATIONS OF the Cross: To the Foundation for Environmental Research and Development (IFAD), for the opacity of information in the call for environmental journalism grants 2005-2006, as well as in the selection process.

This award is awarded annually by vote by the more than 150 editors of the press, radio, television, agencies, press offices and collaborators integrated in APIA.
