The Emprendeverde Network of the Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and the Environment launches this month its Eco-Recinnova mentoring program for green entrepreneurs, coordinated by Spain Startup and developed in collaboration with ECOEMBES.

The five selected to participate free of charge in this initiative have been chosen from among the 25 who completed the Eco-Recinnova Training program, Esther Pascual Fernández from EcoQuchu; Vanessa Leiva, from Idunnbags; Carlos Laporta Díaz, from Symbol; María Negro Barroso, from El Hervidero de Ideas and Dolores Galindo Fontán, from Abe Humboldt.

This initiative promotes individualised and specialised support in the creation of green companies, and aims to promote the growth and acceleration of green companies already in operation for three months. Three mentors who are experts in different areas will provide individual advice to those selected to enjoy this programme.

The Red emprendeverde is the first platform specialising in green business aimed at entrepreneurs and investors, with the aim of promoting the creation and consolidation of companies or new lines of business in activities linked to the environment, and channelling investment towards sustainable economic activities. It is an initiative co-financed by the European Social Fund that already has more than 7,000 members.
