The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and the Environment, through the Biodiversity Foundation, has published its call for grants to promote information on climate change in the media (written press, radio or digital media). With this initiative, the Biodiversity Foundation aims to promote the development of actions aimed at increasing the presence of information related to climate change and to boost and increase the commitments of civil society in the fight against it in the media, all within the framework of COP21 in Paris (United Nations Conference on Climate Change).
The aid in this call will be the object of the dissemination activities in the media of information related to the commitments that can be assumed individually and collectively to mitigate the effects of climate change
The media interested in these grants, endowed with a total of 75,000 euros, have 15 days to present to the Biodiversity Foundation the information projects they plan to carry out during this year. They may not exceed 15,000 euros per application and a maximum of 70% of the total budget of the project submitted.
Applications for these grants can only be made through the tool provided on the website of the Biodiversity Foundation, of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and the Environment.
