The Emprendeverde Network of the Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and the Environment collaborates with the III edition of Greenweekend Madrid. The event, which began today and will remain active until Sunday, is free of charge and has the support of Aquae Foundation and Ecovidrio.
 
The meeting, which aims to support the development of environmental projects to promote the green economy and employment, includes activities such as project presentations, training workshops, mentoring and networking.
 
Entrepreneurs will be able to tell their ideas and projects, work in groups and vote on the best initiatives during the first day. Throughout the weekend they will develop their projects with the help of mentors and speakers, who will give talks on business models and financing. Finally, on Sunday afternoon, a jury of experts will reward the best projects so that they can continue to move forward.
 
The Greenweekend event is focused on green entrepreneurs who want to start their business and for professionals and freelancers in search of new business models. In addition, it allows you to make contacts and meet other people with similar concerns and illusions, to work and collaborate together for a whole weekend.
