The Emprendeverde Network of the Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and the Environment, in collaboration with ECOEMBES, has organized a new edition of ‘speednetworking’, a dynamic activity to generate business contacts.

During the day, green entrepreneurs related to the field of recycling, eco-design and circular economy had the opportunity to have quick dates with other professionals in the sector to exchange experiences about their businesses.

The meeting, which took place at the Royal Botanical Garden of Madrid, was attended by entrepreneurs from the Emprendeverde Network such as ‘Pampelmusa’, ‘The pet bottle project’, ‘Symbool’ or ‘Ecologing’ and its strategic partners such as Triodos Bank. This event is part of the “Eco-Recinnova Entrepreneurship Program”, a cycle of activities to promote the creation and consolidation of companies or new lines of business in the field of eco-design and recycling.
 
The Red emprendeverde is the first platform specialising in green business aimed at entrepreneurs and investors, with the aim of promoting the creation and consolidation of companies or new lines of business in activities linked to the environment, and channelling investment towards sustainable economic activities. It is an initiative co-financed by the European Social Fund that already has more than 7,000 members.
