1st (temporary) Technician of the General Secretariat Area

Under the Coordination of the General Secretariat area, he/she will carry out the functions of the position defined for the area as a legal technician for the execution and monitoring of subsidies and matters related especially to the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (RTRP).

  • Support in the procedures related to calls for aid: drafting of orders of bases and calls, regulatory impact analysis report.
  • Analysis and monitoring of the evolution of the status of the phases of each RTRP Call.
  • Participation in the drafting of forms and models.
  • Publications, queries and communications to the National Grants Database (BDNS).
  • Preparation of documents for the Evaluation Committees and administrative documents related to the calls for proposals.
  • Review of administrative documentation of the applications.
  • Elaboration of work programs adapted to the different phases of each Call for Proposals.
  • Resolution of doubts of the technical areas in grants and subsidies.
  • Evaluation of documentation of proposals submitted to calls for proposals.
  • Follow-up of the work of the Technical Assistance responsible for the review of the administrative documentation of the grants.
  • Participation and follow-up of documents and aid reimbursement procedures.
  • Monitoring of developments in regulations, strategies, plans, programmes or projects related to the RTRP.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Coordination, Sub-Directorate and/or Directorate
  • University Degree (also formerly Bachelor’s Degree) in Law.
  • Experience of at least 4 years in or for the public sector.
  • Experience of at least 1 year in processing public aid and subsidies.
  • Complementary training related to the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (RTRP).
  • Upper intermediate level of English (B2 or equivalent).
  • Temporary fixed-term contract for the execution of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. (Fifth additional provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with professional category 1st Technician.
  • Gross Annual Salary: 31.458,04 €.
  • Job location: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
  • Expected duration: until June 2026.
