Reporting to the Head of Human Capital, management and administration of the team
directly or indirectly linked to the execution of the Recovery, Transformation and
Resilience Plan (PRTR).

  • Participate in the design and execution of the Training Plan according to the identified needs. Management and monitoring of training actions. Definition and management of reports related to the training developed: participation, courses received, completed, etc. and evaluation of the Training Plan of the RTRP team.
  • Management of calls for staff and scholarships associated with the RTRP: preparation of call bases, organization and development of selection tests, participation in interviews, participation in the process and publication of information related to applications, exit interviews, etc.
  • Implementation of a system of personnel management indicators for the preparation of development plans.
  • Management of occupational risk prevention: Collaborate with the Prevention Service to implement preventive measures and monitoring of the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan.
  • Participation in the design, development and implementation of management policies of the FB team, Equality Plan, internal communication, etc.
  • Coordination of the global payroll process, ensuring compliance with current regulations on social benefits, taxes and Social Security.
  • Participation in the planning of human resources, staffing and personnel costs.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Deputy Directorate and the Directorate.
  • University Degree (also former Diplomas and Bachelor’s Degrees) in Law, Business Administration and Management, Labour Relations, Psychology, Sociology and Political Science and Administration.
  • Experience of at least 3 years, acquired in Human Resources
    areas or departments of the tasks described above.
  • Experience in human resources management obtained in the field of the General State Administration and/or the institutional public sector.
  • Specific training and experience in the field of labour law and tax regulations applicable to remuneration.
  • Experience in implementation and evaluation of the transfer of training plans.
  • Experience in implementation and monitoring of development plans and performance evaluation.
  • Experience in preparing reports and advice on labour law, labour relations, as well as occupational risk prevention.
  • Advanced courses, postgraduate master’s degrees and/or university expert degrees related to the needs of the job to be filled.

  • Temporary fixed-term contract for the execution of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. (Fifth additional provision of Royal Decree-Law 32/2021), with a professional category of 1st Technician
  • Gross Annual Salary: €30,245.98
  • Job location: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
  • Expected Joining Date: January 2023
  • Expected duration: 3 years
