Under the Department of Human Capital, collaborate in the management and administration
of the Biodiversity Foundation team.

  • Management of payroll, social action, and social security
  • Management of social action benefits.
  • Management of the processes of incorporation, suspension or termination of the employment relationship of permanent and temporary staff and scholarships
  • Support in the management of calls for places and scholarships: participation in interviews and preparation of the corresponding documentation.
  • Monitoring and control of personnel costs charged to the execution of projects
  • Management of Human Capital contracts and tenders.
  • Management support with the External Prevention Service.
  • Management and monitoring of the training activities carried out
  • Collaborate in the editing and creation of manuals and procedural guides.
  • Any other function entrusted by the Deputy Directorate and the Directorate.
  • University Degree (also former Bachelor’s Degrees and Diplomas).
  • People with Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training
    degrees in the area of Administration and/or Human Resources may also be selected
  • Experience of at least 3 years in the tasks described above, acquired in areas or departments of Administration or Human Resources of the public sector.
  • Advanced Excel level.
  • Experience in procurement under the public procurement procedure
  • Training or experience in integrated management computer tools (ERP).
  • Immediate availability
  • Temporary contract (interim) in accordance with current legislation, with the professional category of Technician.
  • Gross Annual Salary: €25,449.48
  • Job location: Fundación Biodiversidad headquarters in Madrid.
  • Expected Join Date: January 2022
