Organic production is a sector in continuous growth. However, domestic consumption and activities that allow the revaluation of organic production, diversify the economy and the income of rural areas, are not sufficiently developed.
Therefore, it is necessary to implement strategic actions for the development of organic production.
The Ecoinspira2 project aims to respond to the needs of promoting domestic consumption and the technical and commercial development of organic production as a tool for expansion and consolidation of the sector. In addition, it also responds to the needs, demands and concerns held in terms of training in the first edition of Ecoinspira.
Its fundamental objective is for organic production to be constituted as a strategy for rural development and self-management, involving territories and consumers.
To this end, it proposes a series of actions such as the consolidation of the local organic market, the development of ecological restoration and ecological agrotourism, the training of the sector to provide it with greater management capacity, the promotion of structuring through cooperation structures, as well as the promotion of brands as tools for differentiation.
