The initiative consists of a plan to promote waste management and recycling and the creation of green companies by the self-employed and workers of micro-enterprises in hospitality, commerce and construction.
It aims to provide a direct response to the needs to support sustainable development, on the one hand, by raising awareness and training in waste management and recycling among self-employed workers and small businesses, and on the other, by promoting self-employment and the creation of green companies.
The problem generated by the incorrect management of waste has a negative impact on the sustainability of activities. This project seeks not only to improve employment in general and in the environmental sector in particular, but also to contribute to the sustainable development of activities, mainly through training and advice.
The project is aimed at self-employed workers and small companies in any productive sector, in the Autonomous Communities of Andalusia, Extremadura, Castilla-La Mancha and Galicia, in which it is essential to carry out an employment policy for the creation of companies and the maintenance of jobs.
