Through the transfer of small gardens to the population of the municipality of Culleredo in A Coruña, the aim is to raise awareness among residents about the importance of applying good environmental practices in homes.

The objective of this project, which consists of a training program in environmental sustainability, is to provide small gardens and advise the population of Culleredo on their cultivation. In the initial phase, the Network of Urban Gardens of the City Council of the town will be designed, carrying out the necessary preparatory work for the organization of the subsequent process.

Then the usufructuaries of the orchards will be selected, who will be trained in organic farming techniques. After the implementation of the Urban Gardens Network, its operation and results will be evaluated.

Finally, the creation of a Network of Sustainable Families will be promoted, which favors the exchange of experiences on the application of good environmental practices.
