This initiative aims to:

• To improve the quality of employment in the organic agriculture and food sector.
• To increase the skills and qualifications of rural workers in organic farming and sustainability.
• Promote the economic sustainability of the sector through different strategies complementary to agricultural production, such as ecotourism.
• Promote organic farming and the expansion of environmental services related to production.
