The aim of the project is to promote organic farming in all its areas, by increasing the area dedicated to agricultural and livestock production, and through the training of technicians so that they can advise farmers and ranchers.

In addition, it is intended to promote companies that transform organic products, especially those established in rural areas, and to improve distribution and sales work.
In this area, it is necessary to increase the knowledge of organic farming among the different actors in the sector (farmers, livestock breeders, technicians, entrepreneurs, consumers, journalists and educators) in order to:
- To improve agricultural production and professionalise the marketing channels for organic products.
- Increase the number of companies dedicated to the production and transformation of these products.
- Contribute to women’s employment, especially in rural areas.
- Improve the presence of organic farming and the promotion of responsible consumption through the media.
- Promote the organic garden as a tool for environmental education.
