The BRUMAS proposal consists of contributing to the achievement of sustainable development and the minimization of the possible negative impacts of climate change in the rural areas of the Principality of Asturias.

The BRUMAS proposal consists of contributing to the achievement of sustainable development and the minimization of the possible negative impacts of climate change in the rural areas of the Principality of Asturias.

This goal is intended to be achieved through the implementation of specific training and information activities, specialized studies, good practice guides, advertising and dissemination campaigns. It is mainly aimed at managers and workers of SMEs, as well as self-employed workers belonging to any sector of activity in the Principality of Asturias.

Efforts will be made to provide training and basic environmental information on sustainable development and climate change, complemented by specific data on energy saving and efficiency and the potential and advantages of the use of new renewable energy sources and environmental quality systems. It is a matter of contributing to the generation of sustainable economic activities and new professions related to the environment.
