- MODFLOW: Groundwater Flow Simulation Model
- MT3D: Simulation Models of Groundwater Chemical Quality
- HSSM, Bioscreen and Biochlor: simulation models of pollution induced by the spill of hydrocarbons in both soil and groundwater
- QUAL2K: Surface Water Chemical Quality Model
Advanced Program in Environmental Simulation Models: Integration of the previous models in a single course, benefiting from a complementarity effect.
