This project will give continuity to the development of organic and natural cosmetics and the creation of the Eco-Aesthetics Network.

Since the execution of the first part of the project, a great interest has been detected on the part of the actors in the sector in continuing to promote the structuring of the project, therefore, two weaknesses of the sector have been detected that will be enhanced within the framework of the project: the lack of structuring and joint actions that help to have a reference entity that functions as a lobby; and the lack of knowledge on the part of the consumer of the benefits of this type of product and how to identify them.

Therefore, the general objective would be the development and maintenance of the Ecoestética Network and the promotion of training and awareness tools for workers in the cosmetics sector and consumers.

The recipients are mainly employees or self-employed workers in the beauty sector (hairdressers, beauty centres, spas, wellness, therapy centres, shops where they sell cosmetics) as well as workers from companies that manufacture or distribute organic and natural cosmetics. Workers interested in working in the organic and natural cosmetics sector will also be able to access this program.

As a result of the project, the training of 125 recipients is expected, although the project will reach a total of 3,235 workers; the creation of 15 new organic cosmetics business lines within existing companies; and the training of professionals on organic and natural cosmetics.
