InDispensables is a free training, support and networking programme that aims to increase the skills and competencies of workers in social and environmental organisations in Andalusia and the Canary Islands to improve their green impact.

DESCRIPTION:

Tandem Social will sponsor and train in a completely virtual way those selected people to increase their green and social strategic management skills, strengthen leadership and team management, as well as attract economic resources to achieve a greater impact and the provision of tools to improve the measurement of green impact .

The programme has six training modules, five hours of individual and personalised mentoring , as well as inspiring and networking spaces where they can share realities with leaders of green entities to learn first-hand how they have faced difficulties.

AIMED AT:

InDispensables is aimed at workers (employed or self-employed) of organisations , whether entities or companies, in Andalusia and the Canary Islands who want to progress at a professional level, increase their skills in innovation and adaptation to changes in the green economy and, during training, put into practice the knowledge acquired in the organisations of which they are part.
