The objective is to train, advise and implement innovations in marketing and creation of new offers in products and/or services in sustainable agricultural and livestock farms, to diversify the business, obtain greater value in the market and improve its competitiveness.

DESCRIPTION:

The trend towards a more natural diet that is respectful of the environment and rural society has inspired many farmers and ranchers to develop sustainable farm projects. These sustainable farms are more complex than conventional agricultural production, as they mix agricultural and livestock elements, with new technologies, marketing and the use of short channels. But on many occasions these innovative farms do not achieve high profitability, since in some cases innovative people do not find a successful model to follow, given the lack of references. This, together with the lack of training and support programs such as the one proposed by this project, means that many farmers/ranchers do not join the sustainable consumption trend.

Many innovative farmers have made an effort to redefine the competition between sustainable agriculture and industrial agriculture by providing a new approach: instead of competing only on products, expand competition towards tourism, that is, to make the customer live a consumer experience. Therefore, this project assumes this principle and trains and advises the agricultural and livestock business community in the development and implementation of this type of consumption experiences.

The project will identify, order and characterize these new ways of competing in the market; It will develop a training and support itinerary for farmers and ranchers to learn and implement these innovative ideas on their farms.

COURSES: To this end, 3 distance courses will be held, where training will be provided in:

• (1)Conversion of agricultural and livestock farms to sustainable practices;
• (2)Innovation in sustainable agricultural and livestock farms: New ways to make farms profitable;
• (3)Implementation of sustainable and profitable business models on your farm.

In addition, personalized advice will be carried out remotely, where you will be helped
