The project presented by ESMASA consists of the teaching of courses for qualification that promotes social innovation to improve the management of organic matter. The general objective of the project is to achieve quality training and employment. To this end, we focus on the qualification of workers that promotes social innovation to improve the management of household organic matter and the implementation and commissioning of static composting facilities. ESMASA workers trained in this area will provide training and advice to promote composting among citizens and companies. This is a free action co-financed by the ESF.
