9 training actions are developed for a total of 54 workers from Murcia, the Valencian Community and Andalusia. The aim is to involve small businesses in the fight against climate change, promoting environmental responsibility in the commercial sector, as well as reducing energy consumption and waste production. To this end, a series of training actions are carried out in forms of sustainable sales, digital transformation for a transition towards sustainability and sustainable business management. It will be complemented with guidance and advice for the transformation into eco-shops. Finally, social innovation actions are carried out with the creation of a virtual marketplace, an eco-local quality seal and a sustainable local logistics network. However, both social innovation actions must be reformulated.
