The Official College of Industrial Technical Engineers of the Region of Murcia (COITIRM), through the Environmental Operators for Climate Neutrality (OPANECLIM) program, will train professionals (drafters of environmental projects and documents) on environmental regulations and the possibilities offered by the circular economy and adaptation and mitigation to climate change. With 9 actions of 3 different themes:

• Requirements of environmental regulations and integration of Climate Change in projects.
• Circular economy in technical projects.
• Regulatory and institutional framework of the Environment and Climate Change for technical projects.

To learn about the procedures and requirements of environmental regulations for projects and aimed at taking advantage of the possibilities that the circular economy and adaptation and mitigation to climate change offer. Its material will be in electronic format, and will include technical guides with environmental regulations and the integration of the circular economy and climate change. They will contain the mandatory limits of the regulations to be the design parameter of the projects, and the procedures for the required environmental authorisations and their documentation. The drafting of environmental impact studies and environmental documents will be attended.
