The training will be carried out in the new technologies of management, systematization and organization of information, in conjunction with other sectoral knowledge such as the application of new communication and information technologies in the socioeconomic revitalization of the territories, web tools. Knowledge for the creation and management of companies will also be taught.

In rural areas, the mission is to halt population loss and encourage recolonization, promoting a multifunctional economy that integrates the production of biodiversity, through job creation.
