The objective is to promote the creation of social economy companies where the good of the worker prevails over economic benefits, from which local development and the implementation of their activities in line with the sustainability of the territory are promoted and promoted.

The project is aimed at workers and managers of SMEs and micro-SMEs of the social economy of all business sectors present in Andalusia, paying special attention to workers in the environmental sector and the different disadvantaged groups.

The following specific objectives are pursued:

• Encourage the creation of social economy enterprises.
• Development and consolidation of the intangible factors of competitiveness of social economy enterprises. And above all, promotion of employment and training, as well as working conditions and labour relations in social economy companies.
• Generation, transfer and use of innovation and promotion of Information and Communication Technologies.
• Promotion of the presence of social economy companies in new sources of employment related to the environment, and especially in territorial areas where the business fabric and investment is very weak.
