Sustainable and accessible environmental routes employ green improvement

Empleaverde program

OBJECTIVE: The objective of this project is to support workers to improve their adaptation to the labor market and increase their skills in issues demanded by the transition to a green economy.

DESCRIPTION: The project deals with the competitiveness of green economy companies and public and/or private entities, thanks to the improvement of the qualifications of the managers and employees of these entities in terms of environmental sustainability, resilience to climate change and integrated accessibility (for people with disabilities). Negotiations have been held with a provincial entity, the Provincial Council of Cáceres, and a municipal entity, the City Council of Ciudad Real, to be able to carry out actions that could be replicated in three areas: the regional, thanks to the Fundación El legado Andalusí, in Andalusia, the provincial, in Cáceres through its Provincial Council, and the municipal, in Ciudad Real.

Double axis of action:

– Blended training: design and promotion of sustainable and accessible environmental routes.
