PROJECT NAME: Improvement of professional skills for sustainable business development (GREEN 4mation).

OBJECTIVE: The objective of the project is to develop the capacities of workers so that they can contribute to the transformation of their economic activity towards a more environmentally efficient model and, by extension, to the transition towards a global model of sustainable development.

THEMES: The environmental issues addressed by the project are management, environmental improvement and eco-innovation in industry or business, sustainable tourism, energy saving and efficiency and waste reduction, reuse and recycling.

DESCRIPTION: To meet the general objective, the project proposes activities at three levels with a 360º approach:

-Formation. On essential topics for the company and key sectors for our economy and aligned with international strategies: environmental improvement, eco-design, circular economy, sustainable tourism and energy. Traditional elements, face-to-face sessions, will be combined with other more innovative ones through online platforms that allow interaction with experts, and even between participants.

-Advice. To consolidate learning from the previous stage and to accompany integration into companies with the help of the participants in the training. Traditional elements, face-to-face support, will be combined with other possibilities offered by technology.

– Promotion of environmental innovation platforms, to transcend the borders of an organization and create spaces for collaboration that give impetus to transformative action.
