OBJECTIVE: The objective of the project is to improve work skills to the requirements of EU2020: transition to the concept of Circular Economy in the field of efficient management of water, waste, energy efficiency and renewable energies, as a model of professional progression of the future.
THEMES: Environmentally, the project addresses various topics, such as: energy saving and efficiency; renewable energies; efficient water management; management, environmental improvement and eco-innovation of the industry or company; reduction, reuse and recycling of waste and sustainable transport and mobility.
DESCRIPTION: The project aims to implement a training strategy aimed at workers, which anticipates the upcoming circular economy requirements given by current national and European policies. The strategy will be articulated through training courses and the creation of a network for the exchange of knowledge and experiences, using the innovative peer-to-peer (P2P) learning methodology. In CE-FUTUR, the P2P methodology will be based on the interaction between professionals from companies, who share common problems in terms of the use of resources, water and waste management and energy efficiency. The innovation of the project lies in combining skills improvement courses with innovative actions: Talent Hub, Interaction Circles, Mentoring, Work Shadowing, Peer Review and Study Visits where professionals will apply theory in real cases acting as problem solvers or receivers of solutions.
