OBJECTIVE: AgroEcoInnova-Agroecological Training for rural employment contributes to improving the qualification of the unemployed in organic agricultural production techniques to adapt their employment profile to the current needs of the organic production sector and innovative rural employment.

DESCRIPTION: The AgroEcoinnova project is a holistic project that works in all the links of Organic Agriculture and offers a series of training actions with the aim of training the unemployed agroecologically, giving them tools that adapt their job profile to the current needs of the organic production sector in a specific way for each of the Autonomous Communities that participate in it. according to the growing sectors. AgroEcoinnova has training actions in the Autonomous Communities of the Mediterranean arc both at the level of primary production, through transformation and quality control, distribution and marketing as well as the inspection and certification of organic production. Likewise, social innovation activities will be developed to reinforce the training part of the project. These actions will put into practice innovative methodologies that favour the employability of the recipients.
