OBJECTIVES: The aim is to provide a job for 84 unemployed people in companies in the sectors that generate green employment. We will achieve this insertion through the training of our users in courses and with social innovation actions. The courses will focus on sales and marketing activities of the products and services of these companies, with a focus on sustainability.

THEMES: The project addresses various topics, such as: energy saving and efficiency, renewable energies, waste reduction, reuse and recycling, transport and sustainable mobility.

DESCRIPTION: As an innovative activity: Intermediate + Train: Knowing the employment needs of the participating companies as recipients of new hires, Red Araña will offer users (prior to coaching sessions to these companies) individual training actions in which a “coach” who will be an entrepreneur or former entrepreneur, well versed in the green economy sector, it will carry out preparation services to facilitate the insertion of 336 users in the 10 towns in various regions of Spain in which the project will be executed.
