OBJECTIVE: The objective of the project is to improve the employability and qualification of workers who carry out their activity in natural spaces, through training courses adapted to obtaining Certificates of Professionalism.
THEMES: The project addresses the issues of sustainable agriculture and livestock and sustainable forest management.
DESCRIPTION: The READER CREA project consists of a total of 8 courses: 6 Mixed Training Courses, 2 Face-to-Face Training Courses (7 in Asturias and 2 in León) all of them with professional qualifications.
A project whose priority is the creation of employment and the professional qualification of the unemployed (a total of at least 120 recipients) within the scope of the Natura 2000 Network and the Biosphere Reserves of Asturias and the border of León (Alto Bernesga Biosphere Reserve).
The aim is to take advantage of the employment potential in protected areas protected by the Habitats Directive and by UNESCO to train and create employment in the use of endogenous resources: livestock, agriculture and sustainable forest management, training and employment that make the compatibility of parks and areas of high ecological value with quality employment that values native products a reality.
